This Privacy Policy describes the data protection practices of Renovo Home Partners, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies; Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC, Dreamstyle Remodeling, Inc., Dreamstyle Remodeling of California, LLC, Dreamstyle Remodeling of California, Inc., Dreamstyle Remodeling of Colorado, LLC, Dreamstyle Remodeling of Idaho, LLC, Dreamstyle Remodeling of Oregon, Dreamstyle Remodeling of Texas (collectively “Dreamstyle Remodeling”); Alure Home Improvements, LLC, Alure Home Improvements, Inc., Alure Designs, LLC, (collectively “Alure”); and Remodeling USA, LLC, and Remodel USA, Inc. (collectively “Remodel USA”)].  Renovo Home Partners, Dreamstyle Remodeling, Alure, and Remodel USA are all collectively referred to herein as “RENOVO”, “we,” “us,” or “our”.

User Consent to Privacy Policy

Any person accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, either manually or via an automated device or program, shall be considered a “User.” All Users are bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. Users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable User information (“Information”) pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

As you use our websites, blogs, social media sites, SMS text messaging, e-mail, and other electronic communications, your Personal Information may be collected.  RENOVO collects the email address and other identifying information of Users that email a question or comment to RENOVO or submit a customer review.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information we collect on “Renovohomepartners.com”, “DreamstyleRemodeling.com”, “Alure.com”, “Homeremodelcompany.com”, “emodelusa.com”, and any other official Renovo Home Partners, Dreamstyle Remodeling, Alure, or Remodel USA websites, including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry forms, lead slips, lead sheets, forms linked to this Privacy Policy, and other mobile applications that may be used during the sales and financing processes.

This Privacy Policy also applies to Personal Information we collect on LeadPerfection, One Click Contractor, Improvit360, RocketChat, Nextcloud, MicrosoftOffice365, Provia Entrylink, Marvin Infinity Design, Only Office (document collaboration), and other CRM applications and programs; Acumatica Accounting Software, iCapture, and other programs and software that we may use from time to time and other related applications linked to RENOVO products and services.

This Privacy Policy also applies to Personal Information we collect on various lender financing portals including but not limited to those used by Service Finance Company, LLC, Greensky, LLC, Sunlight Financial, LLC, Aqua Finance, LLC, and Adobesign.

All of the above collectively, are the “Sites”.

This Privacy Policy is also incorporated into RENOVO, Dreamstyle Remodeling, Alure, and Remodel USA’s “Terms and Conditions of Use.”

How We Collect Information About You

You Provide the Information:
We may collect your information, including Personal Information, through online forms, information you enter or otherwise provide to us when purchasing our products or services, completing job applications, entering sweepstakes, or any other methods by which you provide your information to us.

Analytic Tools:
RENOVO, like other website operators, uses analytic and reporting technologies to automatically record Personal Information, such as Internet domain/host name, IP address, browser software, operating system types (e.g., Mac OS, Windows OS, Android OS), clickstream patterns, and the date/time of Site visit. RENOVO may aggregate this information to measure how the Sites are being used and to continuously improve the content and integrity of the Sites.

Tracking Cookies:
RENOVO relies on “cookies” to gather data on who visits its websites (the “Website” or “Sites”), track user trends, and remember the preferences of visitors to the Sites, among other things.

The Website uses a feature of Internet Web browsers called a Cookie, which is a file that a User’s Web browser places on a User’s computer’s hard drive, to assign an identification code to the computer and to collect anonymous browsing information.

With most browsers, you can refuse cookies by turning them off or requesting a warning prior to accepting cookies at the request of a website. RENOVO may collect and store anonymous information relating to Users’ browsing patterns, including, for instance, the User’s browser version, site referral information, IP address, operating system, and other technical Site use information.  Some cookies on the Sites collect data using third-party tools. RENOVO uses third parties to gather certain Personal Information to create activity and trending reports. RENOVO contracts with third parties for these reporting services.

Third-Party Sites

When you provide Personal Information to us on a third-party website, the information you provide may be separately collected by that third-party. Only Personal Information collected directly by RENOVO, or on RENOVO’s behalf under a separate written agreement with the third-party provider, lead aggregator, or similar company, is covered by this Policy.  The information collected by third-party sites are subject to the privacy practices of those third-parties.  Privacy choices you make with third parties will not apply to our use of your Personal Information collected through our Websites.  Also be aware that our Sites contain links to other sites not owned or controlled by RENOVO, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those other sites.

Personal Information

“Personal Information” means any information that may be used to identify an individual (or household), including, but not limited to:

  • Identifiers (e.g., names, phone numbers, physical and business mailing addresses, e-mail addresses)
  • Familial information (e.g., spouse/partner name, names of children/dependents, birthdates of family members)

By using the Sites, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as RENOVO’s processing, use, and potential disclosure of your Personal Information for the purposes provided in this Privacy Policy.

Information About Minors / Children’s Privacy:
RENOVO’s Sites are neither structured nor intended for users who are minors.  RENOVO does not target, promote, or market products or services to minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors, as defined by law.  If we discover we have received Personal Information from a person under the age of 18 years without proper authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that data as quickly as possible.

We also comply with other age restrictions and requirements in accordance with applicable local laws.

How We Use Information About You

RENOVO uses Personal Information (collected from you and/or your device) for system administration purposes, to enhance your experience while on our Sites, to market our goods and services, and to otherwise transact or communicate with you. Sharing Personal Information with Third-Parties

If you choose to provide RENOVO with your Personal Information by accessing or using the Sites or by otherwise providing us with your Personal Information, we may use that information for legitimate business purposes, including, but not limited to, sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring that information to RENOVO subsidiaries, RENOVO affiliates and subsidiaries, suppliers whom we use to order products for your project or subcontractors who we may hire or retain to perform the work or services required for your project, third-party financing companies whom we may have a relationship with to assist with any financing applications you may need to procure our products and services, and other third-parties or lending institutions.  Further, by accessing and continuing to use the Sites, you understand that your Personal Information may be disclosed to RENOVO’s successors, assigns, or business partners.

RENOVO also contracts with third-parties from time to time to provide, maintain, and improve the Sites.  We will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent such third-parties from disclosing your Personal Information, except for the purpose of providing the services in question. We cannot guarantee that such third-parties will not disclose your Personal Information.

How We Share and Disclose Your Information

RENOVO may share your information in the following ways:

  • Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We may share information we collect within the RENOVO family of companies to deliver products and services to you, ensure a consistent level of service across our products and Services, and enhance our products, services, and your customer experience.
  • Service Providers. We provide access to or share your information with select third-parties who perform services on our behalf. They have access to perform these services but are prohibited from using your information for other purposes. They provide a variety of services to us, including product deliveries, installation of our products and the other services we will be performing at your home, billing, sales, marketing, advertising, analytics, research, customer service, data storage, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, and legal services.

Legal Bases for Use of Your Personal Information

The legal bases for using your Personal Information as set out in this Privacy Policy are as follows:

RENOVO takes technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. However, no method of transmission over the internet, and no means of electronic or physical storage, is absolutely secure. As such, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to, through, or on our Services, via the Internet, or our internal storage systems and programs which we use for our legitimate business purposes, and that any such transmission by you and that your providing such Personal Information to us is at your own risk.  RENOVO makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of its security measures. RENOVO shall not be responsible for any actual or consequential damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy because of a security breach or technical malfunction.

Notice Concerning Do Not Track

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our website for third-party purposes, and that is why we provide the variety of opt-out mechanisms listed above. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser initiated DNT signals.

Protection of RENOVO and Others

By using the Sites and our Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may access, retain, and disclose the information we collect and maintain about you if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, retention, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal processes (e.g. a subpoena or court order); (b) enforce our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, or other contracts or sales agreements with you; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; and/or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of RENOVO, its agents and affiliates, its users and/or the public. Business Transfers

As we continue to develop our business, we may buy, merge, or partner with other companies. In such transactions, (including in contemplation of such transactions) user information may be among the transferred assets. If a portion or all of RENOVO’s assets are sold or transferred to a third-party, customer information (including your email addresses) would likely be one of the transferred business assets. If such transfer is subject to additional mandatory restrictions under applicable laws, RENOVO will comply with such restrictions.

Applicable Law / International Issues

Information that is submitted to this Site will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law. If you are a non-U.S. User, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use your Information, as discussed herein, outside your resident jurisdiction. In addition, such Information may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction. RENOVO may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make revisions, updates will be posted on this page so that you are always aware of what information RENOVO collects, how we use it, and the circumstances under which we disclose it. All revisions to the Privacy Policy will become effective immediately upon posting to any of the Sites.
